An attitude of gratitude

As the end-of-year holidays approach, many of us take stock. We’d like to encourage this reflection to include a perspective of gratitude. Gratitude is a recognition of goodness, the understanding that the sources of goodness are greater than oneself, and the choice to realize and express this. From a yoga perspective, the agency involved in choosing to acknowledge the goodness in your life, or simply the goodness of having a life, is a healing position to take.
