The HealthFlix Global Wellness Community
The online channel HealthFlix offers easy access to powerful ideas to help us all manage the stress of living through a pandemic:
“Can we take this crisis—this pause in our lives—and use it to get inspired, to learn new skills and better understand the science that will help support ourselves, our families and our communities in the future?”
HealthFlix offers tools from yoga, mindfulness, and more to help with coping during the COVID-19/coronavirus crisis and beyond. The series is free, with classes streamed live—find the schedule here—and available recorded on the HealthFlix YouTube channel.
